ZDHC — Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals
The ZDHC Manufacturing Restricted Substances List (MRSL) sets a shared list of hazardous chemicals restricted from intentional use in textile, leather and footwear manufacturing — helping brands and manufacturers eliminate harmful substances from their supply chain.
All HGC products comply with the ZDHC MRSL, giving our customers confidence that our chemistry meets one of the industry’s most widely adopted safety benchmarks.
Global Organic Textile Standard
GOTS Approved & Certified
GOTS is the world’s leading processing standard for organic fibres, backed by independent certification across the entire textile supply chain — covering ecological and social criteria from harvesting through to labelling.
Key HGC products are approved for use as inputs in the production of GOTS-certified fabrics, garments and home textiles.
OEKO-TEX® Confidence in Textiles
Eco Passport Certification
Eco Passport by OEKO-TEX is an independent certification system for chemicals, colourants and auxiliaries used in the textile and leather industry. Every ingredient in a certified product is analysed to confirm it meets Eco Passport requirements and is not harmful to human health.
Products certified under Eco Passport can be used in the production of OEKO-TEX Standard 100 garments — every batch we ship is scannable and traceable.

REACH Compliance
REACH — the EU regulation for the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals — governs the safe use of chemical substances placed on the European market.
Our formulations are developed with REACH compliance in mind, supporting customers whose finished goods are destined for European apparel buyers.
